Intuition and anxiety can sometimes arrive through the same doorway—a sensation in the body, a sudden thought, a feeling that something is “off,” or simply a knowing you can't explain.
The practice isn't always learning to immediately label the feeling as intuition or fear. It's learning to observe before you interpret.
What did you actually notice? What happened in your body? What story followed the sensation? What past experiences might be shaping the meaning you're giving it?
As we create more space between sensation, interpretation and reaction, discernment becomes easier. Intuition becomes less about believing every feeling and more about developing a relationship with how you perceive.
-
We are constantly interacting with other people, environments, expectations, emotions and information. If you're particularly sensitive, it can sometimes feel difficult to know where you end and everything else begins.
Rather than becoming afraid of “absorbing energy,” I teach energetic discernment—learning to recognize your own baseline well enough that you can notice when something shifts.
Grounding, body awareness and energetic practices can help you ask:
Was this here before I entered this room?
Did something change when this person arrived?
Is this mine to process—or simply mine to notice? The goal isn't to shut the world out.
It's to become more aware of yourself while you're within it.
-
Grounding doesn't have to mean forcing yourself to calm down.
Sometimes grounding is simply returning your attention to what is actually here.
Feel your feet. Notice your breath. Move your body. Step outside. Feel temperature, texture, gravity and physical sensation. Bring awareness out of everything you're trying to understand and back into the body experiencing it.
Energetically, grounding can also become a practice of releasing what no longer needs your attention and reconnecting with your own center.
You don't have to make the experience disappear.
Start by becoming present enough to notice it.
-
Patterns rarely exist in isolation, or without a experience through memory.
An experience creates emotion. Emotion can become interpretation. Interpretation can reinforce belief. Belief influences identity—and identity changes the way we perceive future experiences.
Eventually, something that began as an experience can start feeling like “this is just who I am.”
This is one of the ideas at the heart of the Architecture of Awareness.
Rather than immediately asking “How do I get rid of this pattern?” we begin by asking:
Where is the pattern actually living?
In the body? Emotion? Behavior? Identity? Relationship? Perception?
Awareness doesn't instantly erase a pattern. But it can create enough space to stop unconsciously repeating it.
And within that space, something new becomes possible.
-
Trust isn't usually created by forcing yourself to be certain.
It's built through relationship.
The more you observe your intuition without immediately needing to act on it, prove it or explain it, the more familiar your own perception becomes.
Notice how information arrives. Notice what your body does. Notice what feels expansive, contracted, quiet, urgent or neutral. Then notice what happens afterward.
Over time, you begin developing your own internal reference points.
The goal isn't to never question yourself again.
It's to develop enough discernment that questioning yourself doesn't automatically disconnect you from what you know.

I think of energy healing as an opportunity to become aware of what may be moving beneath the surface of an experience.
During a session, we may explore energetic patterns, emotions, relationships, beliefs, intuitive information or areas where you feel stuck or disconnected. Energy work and grounding practices may then be used to create movement, space and greater awareness around what we're noticing.
You don't have to understand energy or believe a particular spiritual philosophy to participate.
And I don't view healing as someone else “fixing” you.
My role is to help create a space where you can see more clearly, experience differently and reconnect with your own inner authority.
-
An intuitive reading is a way of exploring information that may not be immediately visible through the thinking mind alone.
I may notice imagery, energetic patterns, sensations, relationships between experiences or intuitive information that gives us another perspective on what you're navigating.
But I don't believe intuition should replace your own authority.
I'm not here to make your decisions for you or tell you exactly how your life should unfold.
A reading should give you more awareness—not less agency.
We explore what is present, what may be influencing your experience and what perspectives might not yet have been considered.
What you choose to do with that awareness remains yours.
-
Yes.
Much of my work is centered around awareness, intuitive perception, meditation and energetic practices, which don't require us to be physically in the same room.
Virtual sessions allow us to explore the same themes we would in person while you remain within your own environment.
Some people actually enjoy being able to integrate afterward without immediately having to drive somewhere, return to work or move back into the outside world.
You can simply give yourself space to notice what continues unfolding.
-
Self-awareness is more than understanding why you do what you do.
It's developing the ability to notice yourself while you're experiencing yourself.
To notice sensation before immediately assigning meaning to it.
Emotion before becoming consumed by it.
A pattern before automatically repeating it.
A belief before assuming it's truth.
A perception before deciding it represents reality.
The Architecture of Awareness explores this through seven interconnected movements:
Foundation → Emotion → Action → Identity → Expression → Perception → Perspective
The deeper we can observe these layers, the more choice we begin to have in how we relate to them.
-
You don't need to know anything about chakras, Reiki, intuition or energy to begin.
Start with experience before information.
Try a short grounding meditation. Notice your body. Become curious about what you're feeling without immediately trying to change it.
From there, you can explore whichever doorway feels most relevant to your life right now.
If you're not sure what that is, Find Your Path was created specifically to help you choose a starting point based on what you're currently experiencing and the kind of support you're looking for.
You don't need to understand the whole path.
You only need somewhere to begin.

For seasons of significant transformation when you want sustained, individualized exploration and support. There isn't one “right” level.
The question is simply:
What kind of relationship with this work supports you right now?
-
No.
You don't need to consider yourself spiritual, intuitive or experienced with energy work.
You only need curiosity.
Many of the practices begin with things you already experience every day: sensation, emotion, thought, relationships, reactions, patterns and perception.
From there, we can begin exploring the energetic and intuitive layers without requiring you to adopt a particular belief system.
You aren't being asked to believe everything.
You're being invited to notice what you experience for yourself.
